Yes! Once you have accumulated enough tokens to represent 1 ounce (31.1 grams) of gold, you can choose to redeem your tokens for the physical Krugerrand coin. 

To do this, contact Mesh customer support at [email protected], and they will guide you through the redemption process. After Mesh is notified, TroyGold will reach out to arrange secure delivery of your Krugerrand coin(s). 

Be aware there may be costs associated with redemption, such as shipping fees and administrative charges. These fees, along with identity verification and compliance checks, are part of the redemption process. 

Once these steps are completed, TroyGold will safely deliver your gold to your home address.
