If your OTP hasn’t come through, try these steps:
1. Give it a moment
OTPs usually arrive within 5 seconds, but in some cases, it can take up to a few minutes.
If you haven’t received it after 2-3 minutes, try requesting a new code - this often solves the issue.
2. Check your number
Make sure you’ve entered your mobile number correctly and in the right format.
? Tip: Don’t include your country code in the number field - you’ll select the correct code from the dropdown when choosing your country.
3. Check your reception
Ensure your phone has a stable mobile network connection.
Try resending the code from an area with a better signal, or restart your phone and try again.
4. Look in spam or blocked messages
Sometimes OTPs are automatically filtered into spam or blocked message folders. If you find the message there, adjust your settings to allow messages from Mesh.
5. SIM card issues (rare)
Check that your SIM card is active and properly inserted. You can also try inserting it into a different phone to rule out device-specific issues.
