Mesh has created a trusted platform that complies with financial services regulations to protect you. To be part of this community, you must verify your identity. Before you start, please have scans of your Identity Document and Proof of Address or the originals to be photographed. 

Follow these simple steps to verify your account:

Sign in to your Mesh account from a device with a camera. Click the 'Start Now' button to begin verification.

You will see the 3 tabs corresponding to the required information to verify your identity. 

Fill in your Personal Details and Residential Address ensuring the status updates to 'Complete' before moving on. 

Click on the 'Documentation & Liveness Check' tab to see the info required.

Once you click 'Submit', you'll see a quick summary of the steps to come. Click continue to proceed.

Uploading your Identity Document

• You can use your green RSA ID booklet or smart ID card

• Remember to tick the box confirming that your document is 'double-sided'

• To take a photo of your document, allow camera access on the device

• If uploading scans, select the image icon to browse to your saved file

Uploading your Proof of Address

• Click here to view a list of accepted documents

• Select the type of document you are adding from the drop-down

Performing a Liveness Check

• Check that your camera is ready and you are in a well-lit area

• Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the image capture

Once you have completed your submission, we will review the information and send you a notification confirming your verification status.
