The key information for the KYC verification will be submitted once the newly onboarded individual selects to proceed to become verified. The documents uploaded through the verification portal will be used to verify the individual information provided. Any discrepancies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Individual Verification

Step 1: On the main dashboard after successful registration / logging in, click the “Start Now” button.

Step 2: Provide your Personal Details, Residential Address, Identification Document and Proof of Address. The Identification Document and Proof of Address can be uploaded in .jpg .jpeg .png and pdf files, not exceeding 5MB.
Click the "Save" button to save your progress as you fill in and provide information.

Please note: When selecting your Identification Document as the "South African ID Card - Front" an additional upload portal will appear, named: "South African ID Card - Back", these two portals allows you to upload the front side of your ID Card and the back side of your ID card to the relevant portals. When selecting your Identification Document as the "South African ID Card - Front + Back", it means that one document has been uploaded, that shows both sides of your ID Card. 

Step 3: Once you have provided all your relevant information, select "Submit". The Verification is just about complete, you will receive a notification as soon as the KYC process has been completed.

Note: At this point, we only support registration and verification for individuals who are citizens or residents of the Republic of South Africa and companies that are registered in the Republic of South Africa.
